A site visit to an iron ore mine in Koolyanobbing, Western Australia was crucial to understanding the Plethora of outcomes mining processes have and the complex social, socioeconomic and environmental costs involved.


‘I. Iron’ is a direct response to a natural water source that had become inaccessible as a result of a mining license being granted but long before the mine site became operational.


The only way to see the landscape within the mine site is by satellite view, the visual reference for the work.
